With nearly 20 years of commercial lending, underwriting and loan review experience, Bob McDaniel specializes in risk assessment and credit administration, with a specific focus on credit analysis, loan file review and industry best practices. Bob has worked for and with various national, regional and local lenders and is well-versed in assessing all types of commercial credit including owner-occupied and investor CRE, construction, C&I, government-guaranteed and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) lending programs. Bob enjoys financial analysis, training and technical writing, and he combines those activities to provide ground-up credit administration services to Foothill Credit Administration’s bank, credit union and non-bank ending customers.
Bob received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics with Honors Concentration in Finance from Saint Mary’s College in 2001. Bob was the first graduate of First Bank’s Corporate Lending Training Program in 2003 and has completed various courses offered by BCG, NADCO and RMA geared towards credit assessment and risk management. Bob is a volunteer with Junior Achievement and enjoys family time with his wife and two kids at their home in Grass Valley.
